President Biden’s efforts to continue massive spying on Americans without a warrant (over 200,000 cases) were blocked.  The FISA Bill under which this spying is being done is expiring AND efforts to keep the spying going were dealt at least a short term blockage in the House! If not renewed, the 4th Amendment of the Constitution regains power.
